Hillhead 2026 enters its final day on Thursday 25 June with a strong tyre presence across OTR, quarry, construction, wheel, repair and service categories. The Buxton event brings more than 620 exhibitors and four live demonstration areas together at Hillhead Quarry, giving tyre trade visitors a concentrated view of off-highway supply, maintenance and uptime solutions.

A practical final-day route for tyre visitors

The official visitor information lists Hillhead 2026 as running from Tuesday 23 to Thursday 25 June at Hillhead Quarry, Harpur Hill, near Buxton. The final day is listed by the organiser as open from 09:00 to 16:00, making early planning important for visitors targeting tyre, wheel and repair suppliers across several stand zones.

For tyre trade visitors, the strongest cluster appears around the U, V and W stand areas.

Continental Tyre Group is listed on Stand U2,

T&C Site Services on U1,

City 1st Tyres and Westlake & Goodride on U5,

Triangle Tyre on V10,

Kirkby Tyres on V22,

Magna Tyres on W20,

Vaculug alongside Magna on W20,

Tyrefix Group on W22

Yokohama / Goodyear Off-The-Road on V4.

The repair and service route then extends to the R stands, including:

Monaflex on RC5,

Ascenso Tyres on RC6,

Tyre-Line Original Equipment on RB18,

Fonmar Group on RA12

OKO Tyre Sealants on RA22.

Aeolus Tyre Co is further out on Z8, making it worth adding to the route before leaving the showground.

OTR supply takes centre stage

The exhibitor mix shows why Hillhead remains important for tyre suppliers serving quarrying, earthmoving, construction and heavy plant fleets. OTR tyres are not a peripheral category at this event. They directly affect machine availability, site productivity, fuel use, casing management and cost per hour.

Continental will use Stand U2 to present earthmoving and multi-purpose tyre products, including the LD-Master Rock L5 and MPT 91, according to recent Tyre News coverage. The display gives quarry and construction operators a chance to compare tread depth, cut resistance and application suitability in a live equipment environment. Tyre News has also reported on Continental’s Hillhead 2026 earthmoving tyre showcase, placing the appearance in the context of quarrying, construction and mining demand.

Triangle Tyre and Vaculug bring another important OTR message to the show. Tyre News previously reported that Triangle would return to Hillhead with Vaculug, its UK distributor for the brand’s off-the-road range, with a focus on quarrying, earthmoving and heavy construction fleets. That makes Stand V10 a natural stop for fleet buyers comparing availability, product range and UK support.

Distributors and service providers broaden the offer

Kirkby Tyres on Stand V22 adds a distributor-led perspective, with OTR, quarry and plant tyre brands including BKT, Dynamaxx and Maxam. City 1st Tyres and Westlake & Goodride share Stand U5, creating another stop for visitors comparing Chinese-manufactured OTR, truck and construction tyre options.

T&C Site Services on Stand U1 gives the route a service-led angle. Its relevance sits in earthmover and OTR tyre sales, breakdown response and tyre maintenance contracts. For quarry and construction fleets, that service layer can be as important as the tyre brand itself, particularly where downtime quickly exceeds the value of the tyre.

Tyrefix Group on Stand W22 also sits within the service category, while Magna Tyres on W20 brings an OTR product offer for heavy-duty applications. Vaculug’s presence alongside Magna adds retreading, casing management and tyre management expertise. Tyre News has previously covered Vaculug’s expansion in OTR service capacity, including its Kent OTR Centre of Excellence, which supports quarrying, ports, industrial operations and waste management fleets.

Repair, sealant and wheel suppliers add uptime focus

The final-day tyre route is not only about new tyre supply. Fonmar Group on RA12 and Monaflex on RC5 bring repair and vulcanisation equipment into the Hillhead conversation. These suppliers are relevant where tyre damage, casing repair and hot vulcanisation remain part of the economics of OTR tyre use.

OKO Tyre Sealants on RA22 adds a preventative maintenance angle, with sealants for construction, mining, agriculture, truck and off-road uses. Tyre-Line Original Equipment on RB18 gives visitors a wheel-related stop through Alcoa commercial wheels and accessories. For fleets operating in harsh quarry and construction settings, wheels, valves, repairs and sealants all form part of the same uptime equation.

Aeolus Tyre Co on Z8, Ascenso Tyres on RC6 and Yokohama / Goodyear Off-The-Road on V4 complete the wider tyre manufacturer picture. Their presence gives visitors further options across truck, agricultural, earthmover, construction, ports, material handling, forestry and mining applications.

Why the final day matters

The final day of Hillhead is often the most practical moment for tyre trade conversations. Buyers have already walked the demonstration areas, compared machines and seen operating conditions first-hand. That context helps tyre suppliers discuss application, compound, pattern choice, casing value, pressure maintenance and service response in more detail.

Hillhead’s own organisers describe the event as the UK’s largest quarrying, construction and recycling equipment exhibition, with the 2026 edition bringing more than 620 exhibitors together in a working quarry environment. For tyre businesses, that setting matters because product claims can be tested against real operating conditions, not only showroom displays.

For visitors with limited time on Thursday, the clearest approach is to start around the U stands, move through V and W, then cover the repair and wheel suppliers in the R zones before finishing at Z8. That route captures most of the tyre-related exhibitors while keeping the focus on OTR supply, service response, repair capability and whole-life tyre cost.
