Vaculug Ltd has officially released its new mobile application, V-TORQUE, a digital tool designed to provide quick access to wheel nut torque specifications and re-torque settings for commercial vehicles over 7.5 tonnes operating in the UK.
The app is now available on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store following successful field trials with selected service providers.
The V-TORQUE app aims to support commercial vehicle technicians and fleet managers by offering instant access to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) torque data. The tool is intended to help reduce the risk of wheel detachment incidents and ensure that vehicles remain compliant with torque setting guidelines.
By centralising torque specifications in a mobile-friendly format, the app removes the need for physical manuals or separate data sources, particularly useful for technicians working across multiple vehicle types.
