Towcester Becomes Latest Location for HiQ and Carsa Partnership.

HiQ Tyres & Autocare and Carsa have launched their fifth dual-branded centre in Towcester, Northamptonshire. The new location brings used car sales and full-service vehicle maintenance together, strengthening a growing UK partnership aimed at offering motorists a convenient, one-stop automotive retail experience.

Fifth Centre Strengthens HiQ–Carsa Collaboration

The Towcester opening follows successful dual-branded site launches in Staffordshire, West Midlands, Lancashire, and Leicestershire. Located on the A43 roundabout, the centre combines HiQ’s servicing expertise with Carsa’s used vehicle sales model, offering local drivers:

  • Tyre fitting
  • Diagnostics
  • Servicing and MOTs
  • Electrical repairs

The centre is managed by Isaac Mandanji, supported by a team of four technicians, all experienced in working across various makes and models. Equipped with KTS diagnostics tools, the team can complete most software-based maintenance in-house.

Customer-Focused Service Model

According to Isaac Mandanji, Centre Manager, HiQ Tyres & Autocare Towcester:

“We’ve made it our mission to provide efficient and professional services, but also a friendly and welcoming environment too. Our aim is for people to know our team by name and ask for them personally every time they visit the centre.”

The Towcester site features a comfortable waiting area with free WiFi, refreshments, and a relaxed atmosphere. The location also benefits from HiQ’s online booking and instant pricing platform, enabling customers to confirm appointments and view costs in advance — a feature designed to increase transparency and convenience.

Partnership Positioned for National Rollout

The HiQ–Carsa partnership aims to expand further, with more dual-branded locations planned across the UK.

Visham Joshi, Head of Service at Carsa, said:

“The new dual-branded location in Towcester is another brilliant example of how effective our partnership has become. This is the next chapter of our nationwide rollout that is redefining the automotive retail experience.”
