B A Bush & Son Ltd. has opened its latest commercial support depot in Scarborough, marking the company's entry into the North Yorkshire market and its fourth new branch opening in 2025.
The new facility, located on the Olympian trading estate, focuses primarily on serving the commercial HGV and agricultural sectors with mobile tyre fitting services. The 4,500 square foot depot is strategically positioned to capitalise on the A46 corridor, which provides direct access to Scarborough, the Yorkshire coast, York, and the A1.
The Scarborough operation will mirror the service model of Bush Tyres' established commercial branches – Serviceline Hull, Spalding Commercial, and Wolds Commercial – delivering rapid response mobile fitting for trucks, trailers, tractors, and farm machinery.
In addition to its core commercial and agricultural focus, the depot will offer mobile tyre replacement services for cars, vans, and SUVs, alongside battery supply and fitting across all vehicle categories.
According to the company, the new facility is fully equipped to handle the diverse requirements of HGV fleets operating regional distribution routes and farm machinery working in demanding terrain across North Yorkshire.
The Scarborough opening represents Bush Tyres' continued expansion across eastern England. Earlier in 2025, the company launched branches in Ely, Attleborough, and Lincoln Commercial, bringing its total estate to 40 locations.
Founded in 1946, the family business has maintained consistent year-on-year growth throughout its near-80-year history, establishing itself as a major player in the UK tyre industry, particularly across the eastern regions of England.
The company's expansion strategy appears focused on building out its commercial and agricultural capabilities through strategically located mobile service operations, complementing its existing retail and service centre network.
