DriverReviews has published the results of its 2026/27 Customer Choice Awards, based on more than 546,000 verified tyre reviews from drivers across Europe.
The company said the awards draw on feedback covering more than 1.4 billion kilometres of real-world driving and are intended to highlight tyre brands and products that have performed strongly across a range of vehicle segments.
According to DriverReviews, the review process is independently certified by AFNOR Certification, with reviews collected from verified drivers and subject to regular auditing. The 2026/27 awards cover categories including city cars, family cars, performance vehicles, SUVs, vans, pick-up trucks and all-season tyres.
Among the overall winners were Yokohama BluEarth ES32 for city cars, Bridgestone Turanza 6 for family cars, Michelin Pilot Sport 4 S for high-performance cars, Michelin Pilot Sport 5 for hot hatches, Michelin Primacy 5 for large family cars, Continental VanContact Eco for vans and BFGoodrich All Terrain T/A KO2 for pick-up trucks.
In the all-season categories, Michelin CrossClimate 3 Sport was named best all-season tyre, while Michelin CrossClimate 3 topped the SUV section.
DriverReviews said the awards are designed to reflect real-world driver experience across different vehicles, road conditions and driving styles.
Adam Butcher, director of growth at DriverReviews, said the awards were intended to give drivers a clearer view of tyre performance based on verified user feedback.
For tyre businesses, the results offer another example of how consumer review data is being used to support product comparison and buying decisions, particularly in segments where brand reputation and user confidence remain important.
