The Newbury Krazy Races is set to bring crowds of up to 15,000 to the town centre.
Funds will go to Daisy’s Dream, a Berkshire-based charity that supports children and young people facing bereavement. The organisation helps around 700 children and 800 adults each year, offering services free of charge without statutory funding.

ETB Newbury, based off Hambridge Road, offers services from tyres and MOTs to brakes and alignment. As part of the wider ETB network, the depot is active in supporting local charities, with Daisy’s Dream among several organisations backed in 2025.
The soapbox race takes place on Sunday 24 August. Donations can be made through the team’s JustGiving page ahead of the event.
