Joining Bridgestone in 2012 as General Manager of Corporate & Brand Communication Europe, Rønsholt progressed to become Vice President of Strategy & Transformation for EMEA in 2020. Over more than a decade, he was closely involved in major initiatives including business transformation efforts and responses to evolving market conditions.

Among his contributions, Rønsholt supported the repositioning of the Consumer Tyre business and played a role in driving operational resilience during periods of market disruption.
