The Tire Cologne 2026 returns to Koelnmesse from 9 to 11 June, bringing tyre manufacturers, distributors, wheel suppliers, retreaders and service providers together in one of Europe’s most important tyre trade settings. For UK tyre businesses, the show offers a useful snapshot of product launches, supply ambitions, sustainability claims and commercial priorities across the market.

A working guide for the tyre trade

The 2026 show arrives at a busy point for the European tyre industry. Dealers and wholesalers are managing price pressure, changing all-season demand, electrification, fleet cost control and rising customer expectations around sustainability. The event’s official positioning covers tyres, rims, workshop solutions and recycling, reflecting how broad the modern tyre trade has become.

Tyre News has already reported that The Tire Cologne 2026 puts circularity centre stage, with circular production, tyre recycling and automation high on the agenda. It has also covered how the Global OTR Conference will join The Tire Cologne 2026, giving off-the-road tyres a stronger platform at the event.

This guide brings together recently published exhibitor announcements into one practical overview for tyre retailers, wholesalers, fleet suppliers and specialist operators planning their visit.

Passenger, van and fleet tyre launches

JK Tyre & Industries will exhibit in Hall 6, Stand E019, where it will present a Europe-specific passenger car and van line-up alongside its truck and bus radial portfolio. The new PCR and Van/LT range has been developed at the Raghupati Singhania Centre of Excellence in Mysuru and covers summer, winter and all-season applications.

For UK and European trade buyers, the commercial interest sits in how JK Tyre is positioning itself around practical fleet needs. Its van products focus on durability, casing strength, wet grip, snow performance and all-season use. Its commercial tyre message also centres on uptime, retreadability, fuel efficiency and cost per kilometre, which are key decision points for fleet operators and tyre service providers.

The company also says it has integrated up to 40% sustainable materials into tyre construction. That claim will need to be assessed against product availability, certification and performance data, but it gives buyers another point to test at the stand.

Davanti Tyres and sister brand Envoy will return with Davanti’s largest Tire Cologne stand to date. The 240 sq m display will include passenger, light commercial, off-road, performance and winter products, including Ecoura HP1, Terratoura M/T, Alltoura 4-Seasons and Protoura Race.

Envoy will use the same stand to show core passenger, SUV, UHP and van products, alongside a new specialty tyre range. Peter Cross, CEO of Davanti Tyres, said the company was returning with its “biggest, boldest stand yet”, while pointing to product expansion across both brands.

For retailers, the Davanti and Envoy presence is likely to be most relevant where customers want a broader value-led product mix. The line-up covers everyday passenger use, SUV fitments, van durability, off-road applications and performance tyres.

Asian manufacturers target European visibility

Triangle Tyre will return to The Tire Cologne with a stand in Hall 7.1, A021/A029. The company will use the event to present its European growth plans, environmental, social and governance priorities and latest tyre ranges. Its display will cover passenger car radial, truck and bus radial, and off-the-road products.

The OTR element is particularly relevant for UK trade readers. Tyre News has previously reported Triangle’s UK OTR distribution agreement with Vaculug, covering quarrying, mining, ports, materials handling and heavy industrial applications. At Cologne, the company’s challenge will be to connect its ESG message with measurable product, production and supply-chain evidence.

Corrado Moglia, General Manager of Triangle Tyre Europe, said the company continues to invest in process optimisation, reducing environmental impact and product offers aligned with market and end-user expectations. For distributors and fleets, the practical test will be supply reliability, technical support and product performance in European conditions.

Linglong Tire will exhibit in Hall 7, Booth C-050–D-059, presenting the Linglong brand alongside Crosswind, Leao and Green Max. The company will show the Sport Master II UHP tyre in Europe for the first time, as well as a sustainable concept tyre, OTR profiles and four new truck tread patterns.

Linglong also plans to present Green Max as an independent brand in Europe. Crosswind and Leao products are described as now being produced exclusively in Europe, including the new Crosswind Dura Peak Van tyre. For trade buyers, this points to a broader European brand architecture rather than a single product launch.

Sailun will add another major Asian manufacturer presence at the show. According to Tyrepress, visitors to Sailun’s stand in Hall 7.1, C040/D049, will see a display of new product innovations positioned around advanced and reliable mobility solutions.

The Sailun presence matters because the brand has been building recognition across European passenger, SUV, light commercial and commercial tyre channels. Its appearance alongside Triangle and Linglong strengthens one of the show’s clear themes: Asian manufacturers are using Cologne to raise European visibility, develop distribution relationships and sharpen product positioning.

Distribution, wholesale and wheel supply

Van den Ban Autobanden will exhibit in Hall 7, Stand C10. The Dutch importer and distributor will present passenger car and van tyres, truck tyres, motorcycle tyres, alloy wheels, TPMS sensors and spare kits. The business has more than 50 years of experience and serves customers across several European markets.

For wholesalers and retailers, Van den Ban’s stand is relevant because it reflects the way tyre distribution is moving beyond tyres alone. Wheels, sensors and spare kits are increasingly part of the trade conversation, especially where garages want higher-value aftermarket packages.

Inter-Sprint Banden will also exhibit in Hall 7, Stand C18. The company brings more than 55 years of tyre industry experience and will present a multi-brand range covering premium, quality, economy, budget, private-label and exclusive brands. Its display will include passenger car, van, truck and motorcycle tyres, alongside alloy wheels, TPMS sensors and spare kits.

Inter-Tyre will share the Hall 7, Stand C18 location, focusing on alloy wheels, TPMS sensors and spare kits. Its own brands include itWheels, Monaco Wheels and SuperMetal, with applications across passenger cars, vans, 4x4s and motorhomes.

This combined presence gives dealers a useful view of how tyre, wheel and sensor supply is being packaged for the aftermarket. It also shows why Tire Cologne remains important for distributors looking to build direct relationships with buyers across Europe.

Agriculture, OTR and off-highway gain ground

Goodyear Farm Tires and parent company Titan International will exhibit in Hall 6, Stand C019. Their stand will feature the Goodyear Farm Tires LSW1400/30R46, described as the world’s largest commercially available agricultural tyre and recently granted ECE accreditation for British and European soil use.

Titan’s Low Sidewall technology will sit at the centre of the display. The company says the design uses a larger rim diameter and smaller sidewall than a conventional tyre, with benefits including flotation, stability and reduced power hop.

Lindsay Hart, European Sales Director for Goodyear Farm Tires, said 2026 had already brought “significant progress” in Europe, supported by the LSW1400/30R46 accreditation and two new industrial product launches.

The stand will also feature Diamondback branded OTR tyres and products from Carlstar Group. For UK dealers and specialist operators, this gives the show a stronger link to agriculture, construction, quarrying, ports, mining and other off-highway applications.

Retreading and circular economy suppliers

Vipal Rubber will attend Tire Cologne with a focus on tyre retreading. The company will highlight the DV-UMe, VL170A and VT570 treads, while using the event to reinforce its European presence after more than two decades in the region.

Felipe Henzel, Commercial Director for International Markets and Two-Wheels Division at Vipal Rubber, said Tire Cologne is an important opportunity to stay close to the market and strengthen customer relationships. The company also points to local stock, technical support and distribution centres in Spain, Slovenia and England.

The DV-UMe tread is especially relevant because Vipal describes it as its first tread developed for electric vehicles. It is undergoing final testing in several European countries, including Spain, Portugal, Germany, the Czech Republic and Hungary.

For fleet and truck tyre businesses, Vipal’s presence connects retreading with the wider circular economy debate. Retreading is not only a cost issue. It also links to casing management, lifecycle value, resource efficiency and waste reduction.

What UK visitors should watch

For tyre retailers, the clearest themes will be all-season growth, van tyre durability, UHP development, SUV coverage and the widening choice of value-led brands. JK Tyre, Davanti, Envoy, Sailun, Linglong and Triangle all give buyers something to compare in that space.

For wholesalers, Cologne will offer a useful read on European supply confidence. Van den Ban, Inter-Sprint and Inter-Tyre show how product availability, multi-brand access, wheel supply and TPMS support are becoming part of a broader distribution package.

For fleets and commercial tyre operators, the strongest questions will concern cost per kilometre, casing durability, retreadability, wet performance and service support. JK Tyre’s TBR range, Linglong’s new truck patterns and Vipal’s retreading offer should be viewed through that practical lens.

For agricultural and OTR specialists, Goodyear Farm Tires, Titan, Triangle, Linglong and the Global OTR Conference all point to a larger off-highway presence at the 2026 event. That reflects the growing importance of lifecycle management, site safety and uptime in heavy-duty tyre applications.

A show shaped by product and proof

The Tire Cologne 2026 will give exhibitors a chance to present new products, but visitors should look beyond stand size and launch language. The stronger trade value will come from comparing claims against evidence.

That means asking about European stock, warranties, technical support, test data, sustainability evidence, retreadability, OE fitments and real fleet performance. It also means looking at whether suppliers can support dealers after the exhibition ends.

For UK tyre businesses, Cologne should provide a practical market review. The event brings together established distributors, ambitious manufacturers, specialist wheel suppliers, retreading companies and off-highway brands. Used well, it can help buyers decide which suppliers are ready to support the next stage of European tyre demand.
