Tructyre has appointed Mark Holland as its new Operations Director, with the former ATS Euromaster senior leader set to join the business from April 2026. The appointment signals a clear intent to build on the company's position as the UK's dedicated mobile tyre service provider for commercial fleets.
Holland arrives with considerable pedigree in running large-scale mobile operations. He spent nearly six years at ATS Euromaster as Operations Director, having previously served the company as Head of Mobile Operations, Head of Network Development, and Area Operations Manager. Before joining ATS Euromaster in 2011, he was Network Manager at Auto Windscreens, where he oversaw the company's national mobile teams.
His remit at Tructyre will span a 350-strong fleet of service vans, along with responsibility for tooling and equipment, supply chain and distribution. He will also take charge of Tructyre's 24/7 Customer Experience Centre in Gateshead, which handles more than 11,000 calls every month.
Holland said the timing of his appointment was particularly compelling. "Tructyre is partway through a major investment in new systems, so it's an exciting moment to be stepping into this role," he explained. "These upgrades will streamline processes for both our technicians and colleagues within our Customer Experience Centre, enabling us to deliver an even faster, more efficient service for fleets."
On the broader responsibility of the role, he added: "Few industries carry the responsibility that ours does, and the opportunity to help de-risk Britain's commercial vehicle fleets is one I take seriously. I'm looking forward to driving operational excellence in everything we do and ensuring our customers have complete confidence in their tyres."
Tructyre operates exclusively in the mobile tyre service sector, supporting businesses running trucks, trailers, buses, and coaches. The company works from 40 depots across England, Wales, and Scotland, supplemented by additional stocking points to ensure technicians can access the correct fitments at any hour. Whether carrying out scheduled service work at customer sites or responding to roadside emergencies, the network is built around round-the-clock availability.
Holland's appointment comes at a notable moment for the wider industry. ATS Euromaster, his former employer, recently confirmed it is pursuing a structured wind-down of its UK operations Tyre News Media following a prolonged period of financial losses, with dozens of its remaining sites transferring to rival operators. That shift underscores the growing strategic importance of mobile-first and fleet-focused service models of the kind Tructyre has built its entire business around.
The move also follows a broader pattern of leadership investment across the fleet tyre sector. Vaculug announced two senior promotions effective 1 January 2026, with Michael Evans moving to Commercial Director and Mark Holloway taking over as Head of VMS, Tyre News Media reflecting an industry-wide push to strengthen operational and commercial leadership ahead of what many expect to be a period of continued structural change.
For Tructyre, bringing in an operator of Holland's experience at a point of active systems investment positions the business to improve both the speed and quality of service it delivers to fleet customers across Britain.
