Vipal Rubber has reinforced its position as a leader in the tyre retreading sector by winning the Biggest & Best in Transport Awards in the Tyre Retreading and Consumables category for the 38th consecutive year.
The accolade, organised by Transporte Moderno magazine from OTM Editora, recognises companies demonstrating the strongest financial results in Brazil's transport industry. Vipal was named "Best among the Biggest," cementing its reputation for innovation, industrial excellence and market solidity.
Ivanir Canevese, Commercial Director for Internal Market at Vipal Rubber, received the award at a ceremony held at the Unique Hotel in São Paulo on 25th November.
The award acknowledges Vipal's more than 50-year contribution to the transport industry and circular economy through comprehensive tyre retreading solutions. The company's commitment to sustainability through tyre life extension has made it a cornerstone of the Latin American retreading market.
"Being acknowledged in one more edition of the Biggest & Best in Transport is a major reason of pride for Vipal," said Canevese. "This award reinforces that we are on the right path by combining innovation with technology to offer solutions that guarantee performance, durability and safety in the global tyre retreading market."
Canevese attributed the company's success to its ongoing commitment to quality and product development, stating: "This result is the fruit of our ongoing commitment to quality, reflected in the development of increasingly efficient products. Also, the excellence in service and the strength of Vipal's authorised network, the largest in Latin America, which takes our excellence standard to all regions where we operate."
The award ceremony brought together leading figures from across Brazil's transport and logistics sectors, recognising organisations that strategically contribute to the evolution of the country's transport infrastructure.
The Biggest & Best in Transport initiative includes publication of an annual yearbook, which serves as a showcase for companies demonstrating efficient and responsible management practices within the industry.
Vipal's sustained recognition in these awards underscores the company's enduring relevance in an industry increasingly focused on sustainability, cost efficiency and environmental responsibility through tyre retreading solutions.
