Alliance enhances VF tractor and agri-transport lines with expanded sizing and applications

Alliance, part of Yokohama Off-Highway Tires (YOHT), has announced the release of 39 new SKUs across its agricultural and industrial tyre lines. The update supports expanding performance needs in modern farming and off-road operations, offering new sizes across popular models such as the Agriflex+ 372, 373, 377 XT, and Multiuse 550.

This SKU expansion reflects growing demand for tyres that can withstand heavier equipment loads while delivering reduced soil compaction, increased traction, and cross-application adaptability. The update arrives during Alliance’s 70th anniversary year and follows the milestone of 1 million Agri Star II units sold globally.

Expanded VF range targets high-load, low-compaction operations

Alliance has added new sizes in its VF (Very High Flexion) range—specifically designed to maintain tyre performance at lower pressures, minimising ground damage. Key inclusions include:

  • Agriflex+ 372 (Tractor): VF800/70R32 and VF800/70R38—larger widths for better load distribution
  • Agriflex+ 373 (Tractor): VF600/70R30 and VF540/65R28—for enhanced stability and task-specific performance
  • Agriflex+ 377 XT (Tractor): VF750/60R46 CFO and VF1000/50R25—aimed at high-capacity harvesting and transport
  • Multiuse 550 (Agri Transport, Backhoe Loader): Expanded to include 480/80R30 and 600/65R38 for broader compatibility

Tyre portfolio now spans tractors, loaders, forestry and telehandlers

Beyond VF tractor tyres, the SKU rollout also includes sizes in segments such as agroforestry, telehandlers, excavators and wheel loaders. These additions bolster equipment flexibility across agriculture and construction environments.

Selected patterns and applications include:

  • Agri Forestry / Transport: 331 and 360 patterns, sizes such as 700/50-22.5 and 600/65R28
  • Telehandlers (697 MPT): 10.5-20 to 405/70-20 for stability on uneven ground
  • Wheel Loaders (706): Sizes up to 23.5R25 for demanding industrial use
  • Row Crop and Implements: New VF320/105R54 and 750/45R22.5 options

The addition of 39 new SKUs (many of them VF-rated) illustrates how tyre makers are responding to the mechanisation of agriculture and the rise in precision farming. As machines get heavier and workloads intensify, flexible tyres that reduce compaction without compromising strength are essential. The growing diversity of available sizes also reflects the shift towards tailored tyre selection for specific crops, soil types, and equipment configurations.
