Exmile Special Tyre Co., Ltd. made its global entrance into the passenger car tyre segment at Tyrexpo Asia 2025, held from 12 to 14 March in Singapore. The event marked the official debut of the company’s new range of passenger car radial (PCR) tyres.
The PCR range is being produced at two of Exmile’s manufacturing facilities in China — one in Shandong and the other in Lianyungang, Jiangsu province. The Jiangsu facility, described as a modern manufacturing site, boasts an annual production capacity of around 8 million units. It is equipped with advanced manufacturing technology aimed at ensuring consistent product quality.
Established in 2006, Exmile Special Tyre has focused primarily on industrial, off-the-road (OTR), agricultural, and truck and bus tyres. This move into the passenger car segment signals a significant broadening of its market reach.
Exmile’s existing client base includes more than 30 original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) worldwide. The company is also active in the global replacement market, with distribution channels across Southeast Asia, Australia, the USA, and Latin America.
The launch of the PCR range represents a strategic step for Exmile as it looks to diversify its offering and tap into high-volume consumer segments.
