Vipal Rubber has unveiled its latest retreading tread, VT570, designed specifically for the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) markets. The new tread features a rotational design that enhances traction power for vehicles operating in mixed on/off-road conditions, making it ideal for construction, agriculture, and waste collection applications.

Enhanced Durability and Performance

The VT570 boasts innovative tread blocks that optimise torque distribution, thereby increasing mileage performance and improving resistance to wear. Its specially developed compound enhances cut and chip resistance, providing greater durability and an extended service life.

Designed to Meet Market Demand

Although originally developed to meet a specific demand from the Caucasus region, interest in the VT570 has grown across the wider European market. According to Gilson Dugno, International Sales Manager for Vipal Rubber, an internal survey among key European clients confirmed strong demand for the new tread.

“It fits well into our current portfolio of designs for application in our market,” said Dugno.

Versatile Fit and Additional Features

The VT570 is available in three widths—240 mm, 250 mm, and 260 mm—making it compatible with a broad range of tyre sizes commonly used in construction and off-road transportation.

Additional design features include:
Self-cleaning grooves that help prevent debris build-up.
Reinforced centre sections to improve casing protection against damage.

With its combination of durability, traction, and versatility, the VT570 tread expands Vipal’s retreading solutions, providing a cost-effective and sustainable option for fleets operating in demanding conditions.
