Linglong Tire has opened a new tyre centre in Hurghada, Egypt, with further centres planned for both its Linglong and Crosswind brands. The opening took place during the company’s Middle East Africa (MEA) Partner Conference 2026, held in nearby El Gouna at the end of September.
More than 100 regional trading partners attended the conference, where CEO Andy Lingkun Zhou and Vice President Aaron Yongchao Xu outlined the company’s plans for the market.
Zhou said Linglong achieved sales growth in the first half of 2026 despite difficult and changing market conditions. He credited cooperation with trading partners for the performance.
Linglong said it would increase investment in the MEA market, introduce new products and improve marketing activities and sales support to help its partners develop their businesses.
Xu thanked regional partners for their longstanding commitment and highlighted their contribution to the company’s development.
Separately, TNM recently reported on Linglong’s approved US$270m passenger tyre plant project in Borg El Arab, with planned annual capacity of six million tyres serving Egypt and wider EMEA markets.
